As NFL pre-season gets underway, a training camp tradition returns to Lambeau Field. 2023 marks the 10th anniversary of the American Family Insurance DreamDrive.

During this event, Packers players ride children’s bikes to and from practice as a special way to create community with young Packers fans. Kids are encouraged to bring their bikes to open practices throughout training camp to keep with tradition.

Kicking Off the 10th DreamDrive

On Wednesday, July 26th the Packers and AmFam held their annual DreamDrive press conference to kick off the event. AmFam CUO, Dan Kelly, two local AmFam agents, and CMO, Elicia Azali, joined Packers President, Mark Murphy, for the ribbon cutting ceremony. Azali shared:

“At American Family Insurance we believe in the power of dreams, and we’re proud to partner with this team and at this place where so many have pursued and achieved their dreams.”

Creating an Exceptional Attendee Experience

While players typically ride the kids’ bikes, five special bikes, coined the “Dream Fleet,” are also up for grabs. This year, the rEvolution team redesigned these bikes for players to ride with kids into practice, which feature the AmFam and Packers partnership in style. Additionally, participating kids get the chance to meet current players and receive a co-branded bike helmet autographed by the player who rode with them to practice.

While the bike rides take center stage, rest assured that the DreamDrive walkway offers something for everyone. All attendees can enjoy leisurely moments in shaded areas to play outdoor games or grab some of our partnership merchandise — like branded water bottles and sunglasses.

This year, our team revamped the iconic Red Roofline at the entrance of DreamDrive — where players and kids to begin their ride to practice together — and refreshed the branded roofline merchandise carts.

The team looks forward to creating a memorable experience for fans and supporting the longstanding partnership each year. Excited to keep this tradition going!
