Concacaf – Setting the Gold Standard
A championship matchup between USMNT and Mexico on Chicago’s Soldier Field could only be evenly matched by a week’s worth of global soccer celebration. The week leading up to the Gold Cup Final, rEvolution helped Concacaf drop a larger-than-life Gold Cup trophy in the middle of Chicago’s biggest commuter stations and ensured the activation captured the attention of international, national and local media.
rEvolution employed a comprehensive communications plan that ensured maximum media coverage to generate brand awareness and drive attendance. Tapping former Concacaf MVP and Chicago soccer star Brian McBride as a Gold Cup Station spokesperson, the team leveraged Chicago and soccer-endemic media relations to secure multiple interviews leading up to and throughout the week, including multiple online, print and broadcast spots with outlets such as Chicago Sun-Times, Fox 32 and Univision.

Winnebago – Meet the Maddons
When Winnebago and World Champion baseball manager Joe Maddon hooked up for a multi-year deal, rEvolution saw an opportunity to make some noise. And thus, the campy mock-sitcom Meet the Maddons was created, creating buzz with a series of eye-catching headlines, well-executed videos and engaging social chatter, all which directed back meetthemaddons.com
From the creative development and production of the series that harken back to the golden age of sitcom TV – specific lighting, set design, established shot, laugh track and title sequence – to a PR push that garnered media and social coverage across local and national industry outlets, including ESPN’s “Sunday Night Baseball,” rEvolution’s Marketing Communications capabilities was integral from start to finish.
