Aishah Belin // Resource Management Director
As a part of the Operations team, Aishah Belin manages the staffing across projects for new business and existing accounts. In her role, she is primarily responsible for using financial reporting to help identify opportunities to help the agency reduce project costs, improve operational efficiencies and overall boost productivity. With more than a decade of experience within staffing and talent acquisition, she has previously held positions with GroupM, Cramer Krasselt, Cars.com and Expedia. Aishah has a B.S. in Business Admin from Florida A&M University and resides in the south suburbs with her teenage daughter and Cavapoo. She is a foodie, enjoys traveling, gardening, attending music festivals, cycling and binge-watching Bravo and HGTV shows.
