Experienced marketing professional with a demonstrated history of working in the automotive industry and experiential marketing space. Strong business development professional skilled in negotiation, sales, corporate communications, management, and marketing strategy.
Leon trained as a tax consultant with Deloitte after graduating from Western Michigan University. In 2000, he joined the newly formed North American office for Bentley Motors working as a Regional Marketing Manager on dealer network development, sales operations, PR and marketing programs.
His passion for the automotive industry led him to join Drive Shop USA, a national vehicle fleet service company where he managed 20 staff coordinating press loans and corporate PR and marketing campaigns for the automotive industry.
In 2012 Leon joined Centigrade, as Director, Client Services he oversees concept to completion for experiential and digital services. His clients include Alfa Romeo, Audi, Concours d’Elegance of America, Departure Travel Management, Flexjet, Genovation Cars, Hagerty Drivers Foundation, Jeep, Lotus Cars, Maserati, McIntosh Labs, Oris watches, Pagani and Recaro Automotive clients. Leon’s skills include client needs analysis, proposal creation, client pitches, price negotiation, relationship management and directing client project teams. Leon also manages the company related project finances, developing project management and financial processes, project performance and analysis, sales and expense forecasting, and cash flow management.
