rEvolution Relocating Global Headquarters to Chicago’s Fulton Market
Integrated sports marketing agency moving to new Sterling Bay development

rEvolution, an integrated and brand-focused global sports marketing agency, is moving its corporate headquarters to Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood, the company announced today.

“As we have continued to grow and evolve as a sports marketing company, it has become clear that we need to be in a space that is reflective of our brand and our vision,” said rEvolution CEO and Founder John Rowady. “Fulton Market continues to be one of the most emerging business sectors not only in Chicago, but in the country. Our new location will make a statement of trendsetting much the same as brands like Google and McDonald’s in their respective industries. Not to mention, it’s an area that will serve our current and future employees, clients and business partners well.”

rEvolution will occupy the ninth floor of Sterling Bay latest development, 210 N. Carpenter. The 200,000 square-foot, 12-story boutique office building will host a combination of established companies like rEvolution, as well as incubate tech and service startups as they develop and grow.

“We are excited to welcome rEvolution to Fulton Market and believe it is a perfect tenant to help kickoff the opening of our 210 N. Carpenter development,” said Andy Gloor, Managing Principal at Sterling Bay.

rEvolution is slated to make the move to its 23,000 square foot headquarters in the fourth quarter of 2018, exiting its current space at 600 W. Chicago Avenue (Groupon, Wrigley, Big Ten Network), which has served as the agency’s headquarters for more than 14 years.

“Culturally, we think moving into Fulton Market is the right choice for rEvolution,” said Brian Quarles, Executive Creative Director, rEvolution. “Not only does it align us with a forward-thinking developer in Sterling Bay, which was critical in our decision-making process, but it does so in a neighborhood where we spend a lot of time when we’re not working. It truly is a natural fit.”

Leopardo Companies, which is currently constructing the building for Sterling Bay, will also occupy a full floor in the building.
