U.S. Soccer



A global sporting event or a cultural movement? The 2019 World Cup had it all, and we were front row. Closely watching, hoping and cheering on U.S. Women’s National Team’s journey to defend its title, we were also working closely with U.S. Soccer planning and throwing its official semifinals and finals watch parties in Chicago for 10,000 of our closest friends who are just as big of fans as we are.

Chicago Flair

Tapping two Chicago talents and all-around awesome women – DJ King Marie and Chicago Red Stars Sarah Gorden – to be our fearless DJ and emcee as we cheered the USWNT to a historic victory. Former USMNT member Brian McBride could also be spotted on the cheering squad.

The Creative

The team crafted and executed a look and feel that was unique to the Chicago landscape while staying true to the U.S. Soccer brand guidelines – woven through everything from digital and social promotional materials to on-site signage, credentials, posters and photo walls.


Where Chicago fans ventured to re-energize, hydrate and spirit up throughout both high-tense matches in the Chicago summer heat (and flash storms). Eight corporate partner activations set up shop attracting fan interaction, accompanied by a variety of local Chicago food trucks, a merch stand, face painting station, hair-braiding bar, photo wall and yard games.


The exclusive VIP tent – providing a buffet spread, comfortable seating, an exclusive photo wall and shaded relief – hosted a number high-profile U.S. Soccer donors, circle members, partners and special guests.

The Operations

A comprehensively detailed schedule that encompassed the 15×25-ft. screen logistics, sponsor and vendor communications, load ins, load outs, volunteers and more, all of which developed, managed and executed to a t by the rEvolution team.
