Having signed as the title partner of the Denmark SailGP Team in 2020, ROCKWOOL’s first ever major sponsorship, they needed strategic guidance on how best to activate the partnership and creative assistance bringing this strategy to life.
Social Media Strategy
Working around the overarching brand strategy ‘This Future Rocks’, rEvolution created a social media advertising campaign driven by a series of films and supported by website content. The campaign served to educate viewers on why ROCKWOOL was partnering with SailGP, the brand’s positive sustainability message and, ultimately, to convert these viewers to becoming ROCKWOOL customers.
The films were storyboarded, produced and edited by the rEvolution team. Sourcing sustainability influencers and working with videographers in Sydney, Australia, the film content was so well received by the client that rEvolution was later tasked with converting one of the videos into a television advert which aired on CBS.
Alongside the video content, rEvolution’s Creative team produced a series of Denmark SailGP-themed interviews, training plans and sustainable Sydney city guides that were designed and written up for the website and shared across the ROCKWOOL customer network.
