rEvolution is thrilled to announce our upcoming gathering: an exclusive forum set against the backdrop of Monterey Car Week on August 17, 2024 

In alignment with the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance theme celebrating 1990s BPR and FIA GT race cars, The Racing Line: On Track to Win Hearts and Minds aims to connect the past, present and future of motor racing, technology and entertainment to showcase the power of racing to an assembled audience of influential individuals.  

Moderated by Justin Bell, The Racing Line will feature esteemed panelists from IMSA, Amazon Web Services, Automobili Lamborghini, NASCAR and McLaren. Together, they will delve into racing’s legacy, current trends, future innovations, and the evolving impact of streaming content on audience engagement.

ABOUT JUSTIN BELL 

A World Champion race car driver and renowned TV and web host, Justin brings decades of motorsports experience to the panel. His career highlights include victories at 1998 Le Mans 24 Hours and the 1997 FIA GT World Championship, as well as numerous victories and podium finishes in many forms of the sport. He has worked as a motorsports broadcaster for Speed, Fox, and NBC, and most recently partnered with The Wynn in Las Vegas to host Drive to Wynn!, a weekly show all about Formula One.

ABOUT JOHN DOONAN, President, IMSA 

As President of IMSA, John oversees North America’s premier sports car organization, which sanctions seven different racing series in North America, including its flagship IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. With a background in motorsports spanning over 20 years, he is dedicated to advancing sustainability initiatives and enhancing fan experiences in racing.

ABOUT IAN MCPHERSON, Global Strategy Leader, AWS 

Ian leads AWS’s global strategy for AI and Analytics in Media, Entertainment, Games, and Sports (MEGS) industries. During his 10 years at AWS, he has worked extensively with AWS customers and its ecosystem of partners to deliver transformative content and fan experiences. Ian brings more than 25 years of experience in digital transformation, focusing on leveraging technology to redefine fan engagement and content delivery in sports.

ABOUT ROUVEN MOHR, Chief Technical Officer, Automobili Lamborghini 

Having led major vehicle development projects at Audi and Lamborghini. As Chief Technical Officer of Automobili Lamborghini, Rouven Mohr brings a wealth of engineering expertise to the panel. Having led major vehicle development projects at Lamborghini and Audi, Rouven continues to drive innovation in high-performance automotive engineering.

ABOUT AMY ANDERSON, Consultant, NASCAR 

Amy is a pioneer in sports media and fan engagement strategies, with a distinguished career at NASCAR and FOX Sports. Her insights into content innovation and brand partnerships have shaped the landscape of motorsport media.

ABOUT MICHAEL MCDONAGH, Director MSO & Motorsport, McLaren Automotive 

Michael’s leadership at McLaren Automotive spans global motorsports operations and special vehicle projects. With a background in engineering and program management, he is driving McLaren’s return to endurance racing.
