It’s been a busy and exciting couple of weeks for the rEvolution team, from taking home not one, but two Silver Telly Awards to our official press partnership and Masterclass presentation at last week’s Leaders Week New York 2018.
- rEvolution proved once again to be one of the best during the 39th Annual Telly Awards on May 22, securing two Silvers for Winnebago’s “Meet the Maddons” video campaign starring Cubs General Manager and RV enthusiast Joe Maddon and his wife, Jaye. The wins came under the categories, “Branded Content: Campaign – Business-to-Consumer” and “Online: Series-Webseries: Comedy,” besting big name media groups and brands, including Variety, Vogue and XFINITY, and the news landed a feature in ReelChicago.
- rEvolution teamed up with Leaders as the official press partner for Leaders Week New York 2018 this past May 21-24. Our PR team managed pre-event media outreach and on-site interviews, already securing speaker quotes and exclusives in sports/sports business outlets like the The Athletic, SportsBusiness Journal, SportTechie and more.
- On May 22 during the Leaders Sport Business Summit, rEvolution President and Founder John Rowady sat down with Northwestern Mutual CMO Aditi Gokhale for a Masterclass session titled, “Bold Changes – How a 160 Year-old Company is Shifting Strategy Through Sport.” The two discussed Northwestern Mutual’s sports sponsorship and activation strategy around the Rose Bowl and College Football Playoff and its partnership with rEvolution that helps make these campaigns a success.
