rEvolution, the global integrated sports marketing agency, is pleased to announce the hiring of Shannon McFarland as its new Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources. McFarland will be instrumental in attracting top talent to rEvolution, as well as facilitating the continued growth of the award-winning agency team as it looks to realize the agency’s vision to be the leader in global sports marketing.

McFarland brings a wealth of HR and agency experience in building high-functioning HR departments, teams and programs. She will be responsible for implementing talent management strategies that span recruitment, training, employee engagement and career development across rEvolution’s global offices and service departments with the goal of driving exceptional business results.

McFarland has spent her career at large creative and media agencies, including 16 years with Leo Burnett and four with Mindshare before joining rEvolution. She has extensive experience effectively managing resource demands during phases of agency growth and establishment as well as providing valuable leadership to cross-functional departments and service teams. McFarland received her Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She works out of rEvolution’s global headquarters in Chicago.
