rEvolution unveiled a brand-new office in the heart of the Thames Valley tech sector, and on the edge of the world-renowned motorsport valley. The new rEvolution hub is a strategic investment to accelerate global growth alongside our existing international HQ in London.
“We felt like we couldn’t even manage all the demand globally that we have just out of our London office,” said John Rowady, founder and CEO of rEvolution. “We actually needed more resources and because this is such a huge area, this became an important investment for us.”
The First Look kicked off with members of rEvolution’s leadership, including John Rowady, sharing sports marketing and industry insight with interested students from the neighbouring schools. The sports themed event even had a local flavour, too, with the Reading Rockets basketball team shooting hoops and fellow Apex building neighbours – and rEvolution biscuits available for guests, of course!
Reading, once home to Formula 1 legend Ayrton Senna, provides an ideal new location for rEvolution. The town’s vibrant history draws on the famous three B’s: beer, biscuits, and bulbs. Now, we add a fourth B to the list by putting brands first with an expanded brand representation capacity throughout the United Kingdom and Europe.
Inside the Office: The Grid and Breen Room
The office layout emulates our award-winning Chicago HQ in its tone and décor, from the desks and chairs to its wall art and gold leaf signage.
Starting in the office’s impressive conference room called The Grid, visitors are swept up in motorsport fever with the Singapore racetrack imposing a stunning backdrop. The atmosphere on a Formula 1 starting grid is one of anticipation and excitement as teams aim to deliver excellence with precision and teamwork: the perfect name for our main conference room.
Our smaller meeting venue has been named in memory of World Rally driver Craig Breen, who tragically lost his life in 2023. Many of our team had the privilege of working directly and indirectly with Craig through our work with Hyundai Motorsport. He left a smile wherever he went, and our small homage is intended to promote the spirt of sportsmanship and positive that he radiated.
The Reading launch did more than celebrate an office opening; it allowed rEvolution to connect with the community through sports. As we embark on this exciting journey in Reading, we look forward to building lasting connections and continuing to infuse the spirit of motorsports into the heart of our global community.
