rEvolution is searching for an Associate Director, Digital Media to join our growing Media Buying and Planning team.  This position will support the vision and strategy established by team leadership and assist in the execution of client digital marketing efforts.  We are searching for someone passionate about the evolving digital media space with a desire to educate the overall agency about this emerging trend and become a leader within the media group.


  • Support in the development of digital media plans tailored to the unique needs of individual clients and target groups
  • Client facing role
  • Possess an understanding and passion for the digital media environment
  • Manage digital campaigns that include video, social, banner, partnerships and search both nationally and locally
  • Participate in the planning, implementation, optimization and billing of digital campaigns
  • Educate others within the agency on current and future digital media trends
  • Constantly research new market technologies and innovations that affect media planning and buying


  • 4-6 years of experience, with at least 2 in digital media planning/buying
  • Familiarity with full digital planning and buying process, including comfort with negotiating rates
  • Understanding of ad serving process, with time spent in an ad server pulling reporting, generating tags, etc.
  • Experience using syndicated research tools, including comScore and MRI
  • Experience with digital-specific research
  • Previous management experience desired
  • Understanding of media math
  • Working knowledge of digital media buy management platform (e.g. Strata)
  • Strong working knowledge of programmatic digital space
