At rEvolution, we deeply care about our people and the community at large. Our family consists of our employees, vendors, partners and clients. We are a team – that’s one of our agency’s four core values, and has been since our founding in 2001. The pandemic has not only impacted our team, but also the global community at large. Only a few times in history has our fandom for sports been so disrupted. There’s no question we will celebrate the day the “games” resume and life returns to normalcy – and it will. I want to thank our incredible teammates for their tireless efforts to keep our client work at the highest priority and to mobilize with new ideas for the future. We’re ready to go for you. While we work to get to solid ground at home and in our work life, I want to share an update on the steps we are taking to protect our clients’ critical marketing initiatives:
As a global agency, we are working with our client partners on protecting their current programs and working to find solutions to any work disrupted by event postponement. And in this work-from-home environment, the key is for us to use our relationships and skills to create action. We are rolling up our sleeves, picking up the phone and working even harder to assist all our client partners to assure they are connecting with their most important audiences in building business activity.
Beyond the work, we also take the health of our employees and partners very seriously and are committed to leading by example for our industry. While our staff in all parts of the world are working from home, our offices continue to supply a host of support through our digital communications platforms. As we have been, we will continue to follow all recommendations of our office location teams, as well as the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control.
Integrated services are in the rEvolution DNA. As a client-first agency, we approach our work from the foundation of our three service pillars of strategy, activation and measurement to deliver best-in-class ideas, execution and analytics, made possible through our integrated services model. While certain channels of communication may have taken a pause due to events being postponed, we remain very active in planning and executing meaningful campaigns that truly connect brands to the most passionate fans – no matter the service, audience or platform. Shifting priorities, strengthening shortened timelines, developing new campaigns, considering new channels of communication and/or working with the rightsholder community are all initiatives you can lean on rEvolution to support.
