Supervisor, Account Management (REV/XP)

Work with the top influencers, professionals and brands in esports. REV/XP, the fast-growing esports agency based in Chicago is seeking to add leadership to the Account Management Team.

The role of Supervisor, Account Management for REV/XP is a professional who can help maintain and grow existing business with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board. The Account Management Supervisor will help our clients to better understand the full potential of REV/XP’s services within the esports industry and act as a liaison between the client and REV/XP’s services. The Supervisor manages the agency’s resources to meet and exceed client needs and is responsible for delivering exceptional service to REV/XP clients. The right individual will have the opportunity to rapidly advance their career and will be afforded opportunities to manage larger teams.


  • Day-to-day responsibilities include:
    • Direct supervision of one or more key client campaigns for esports activations
    • Maintain ongoing communications with client contacts around all REV/XP-related programs
    • Lead the development of contracts, proposals, program materials and client recaps/updates
    • Build and maintain detailed budget trackers for all client programs
    • When needed, serve as a point-of-contact for vendors involved with client projects
    • Coordinate and attend team and client meetings/calls, as necessary
  • Work collaboratively with other agency business units to manage projects and execute client programs
  • Establish goals and objectives for all internal agency services offerings that are contributing to the campaign
  • Provide feedback and counsel to internal services on campaign development and execution
  • Develop and maintain budgets for campaigns
  • Attend weekly Account Management meetings and communicate project priorities with team members
  • Follow processes for time management, budgeting, contracts and document preparation
  • Strategic client and agency advocate who is dedicated to the mutual success of both the client and the agency
  • Work with agency business units, other agency partners and third parties to assure consistency across entire client relationship and ensure successful development and implementation of activations


  • Four-year degree in business, marketing or communications
  • Four-six years of agency experience, servicing client accounts on a day-to-day basis
  • Experience in the esports or gaming industry is preferred – interest in video gaming mandatory
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present to internal and external clients
  • Firm grasp on reporting, analysis and budgeting
  • Creative thinking
  • Highly organized, ability to meet or exceed timelines, a proven team player
  • Ability to adjust to constantly changing industry
