Spring Internship Program (Indianapolis)

The hospitality intern will be based on our Indianapolis location and is responsible for assisting the Client Services team in executing all hospitality event ticketing and programs. He/she will play a key role in the execution of everything our organization manages throughout the year, and we strive to provide our interns with a well-rounded experience of what an agency work environment is within the events and tourism industry. Below is a breakdown of the two main areas of focus for our interns. In addition to these, the interns assist with Client Services team with other tasks and projects throughout the internship.

Ticketing Program
rEvolution manages almost 12,000 tickets per year for our clients across multiple properties: college basketball, college football, ARCA racing, Major League Soccer and U.S. Soccer. The intern is responsible for ensuring that all tickets are sent to the guests in a timely fashion and that each ticket is sent to the correct invitee with the correct event day information.

Besides the actual packing and shipping of the tickets, the intern will assist in gathering all creative and marketing material for the ticketing program. Management of this program is very important to the success of our events, and our interns play a key role in this!

Hospitality Program
Across each property, rEvolution manages hospitality events in each sport’s season. With each hospitality event, all invitees receive a gift bag from our client. These gift bags contain a plethora of items, and it is the intern’s responsibility to prepare and pack these gift bags according to which property they will be sent, as well as ensure they are shipped to arrive in time for the event date.

In addition to gift bags, the hospitality preparation involves completing a production schedule, which is then sent to anyone that will be on-site for the event execution. The intern will be responsible for assisting the Client Services managers in adding all the necessary information into the production schedule for each game/match/race. The events span the entire year with the different sporting leagues.
