It seems that for quite a while now, Facebook and Twitter have been all the rage for social marketing. And when done well, both can be very beneficial. But there are other places where we can’t forget to engage with our customers.
Several times a day, we take our phones out, hit a few buttons and put them away. Overall, we’re only fidgeting for a few minutes a day. If we think of Twitter in a similar way, your schedule will surely survive.
